Film Proprosal

I would like my project to take the form of a Samara-esque move. I would like to use short scenes with little context to piece together into a larger more cohesive film. Although I don’t want this to be a music video I would like to try and utilize this song throughout the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AYqN9qT-W6g . I may not use all of the song, and I may not use it linearly. Instead I would like to cut and paste the parts that I think are pertinent to the scenes and the mood I would like to create.

As for the scenes that I will be filming; I would like to work mostly in extreme micro and macro scenes. These may have people in them, or they may not. A lot of the filming process for this film will be organic, I do not have a story-board nor do I plan on making one. I would like for the film, and the process of making the film to be as organic as possible.

REGAL A FUCK

All of these photos were taken under the piers on the spit. Predominately under Frosty Bear. They have been touched up a bit, mostly using the curves tool. Although I did mess with the saturation in a few. It’s interesting how much of a difference a little touch downward in saturation makes with redheads. One of the major advantages of shooting under the pier was the piers themselves. They added a lot of texture, framing, and diagonals/angles to the pictures.

Dem Curves Doh

fly quin

This was from the action shots shoot we did last week, as you can see it is a little washed and blue.

This one is after messing with the image with the curves feature of paint.net. It looks less washed, still pretty blue but it is a decided improvement.

aboot me

Hi, I’m 035850, I am at Homer High School right now.Although, I probably won’t be whenever you are reading this. In fact I am most likely driving. I do that I lot. You see I live far from everyone else. In the middle of a forest in the middle of nowhere, it’s not so bad I like forests and driving.

To get these we used a laser light and a super slow shutter speed. We had the shutter open for about 8 seconds to catch all the light trails. The room was actually dark during the shoot, but because we had the shutter open it looks like it was fully lit.

We did action. Then we photographed it. We called it action photography. We turned the shutter speed almost as high as it would go to eliminate the blur. We kept the aperture medium, because you can’t go wring with medium. We also turned the ISO down to 200 which could be why they are so blue. SO BLUE

Camera Obscura

I have two camera obscuras in my head. Also we where all inside the camera obscura. Not sure if I’m okay with this. Still working on processing this. We did this by creating a small hole in a dark room. It was faint, but we where able to see color, and refocus the light to get a better image. This photo was taken upside down because the light was flipped when it came through the hole. real
